After an initial call to fix a leaky tap Andrew came for a consult and got more than he bargained for. He was very understanding and detailed in his explanations when I described the issues. In the end he re-established the isolation point for my apartment - which was no small task, installed isolators for my kitchen and serviced my hot water system. Now, the hot water system isn't constantly dripping, I have the ability to control any leaks and the initial tap in question has stopped leaking too. In summary Andrew is a Wizard!
