Just updating my original review from a few years ago — I’ve continued to use Botanical Plumbing Services since then, and the quality and service have been consistently excellent. They’ve handled a few more jobs for me over time, and it’s always the same experience: reliable, professional, and easy to deal with. They offered a great one year membership and then did a full check of all the plumbing and even the roof to make sure the drains were not clogged. These guys are amazing. Came out to investigate a leak in the walls and did a full investigation to get it fixed. Could have easily gone “nope too hard” but they didn’t. Jacob really went the extra mile fixing the leak and did so in a courteous and professional manner. We also had them do a complete go over of the house and plumbing, new toilets, sinks, taps and laundry tub and very happy with everything. Would definitely recommend them and Jacob in particular. :)

Jacob and Jarrod came out to fix a completely blocked root intrusion in my bathroom floor drain. They were both super professional, worked through a diagnosis and a solution and walked me through the process as they went. Jacob came to fix a couple of taps and replace a shower head, and despite my unit doing its best to confuse him (and me), he got it all sorted. Looks great, works great, and nothing leaks. Amazing. Plus, he gave me a lift to the bowls club on the way out. Can’t fault a man who fixes the problem and contributes to my social life. Legend.

2025 Another big job by Botanical to fix burst pipe in the front yard under some cement. Work was completed by Jacob.....what a star. He was so neat and tidy digging up the lawn and concrete to replace the old pipes to the mains.....you barely could even see where he had been once all back together, dare I say he could have a second trade as a concreter. Thanks Jacob for an amazing job and patience answering my 100 stupid questions 😊😎 2023 These guys were fantastic. They were 10mins early. We were happy with the quote and they were able to start immediately. We have a flat roof and had terrible water pressure. The guys removed the roof (including shifting solar panels) enough to run all new copper pipe. Huge job done really well done & we are extremely happy and have been flushing our toilet while people are in the shower now and loving it!!! AND they cleaned up after themselves. I've been using Botanical for over 3 years because they are amazing. Reliable, fast, so easy to communicate with, fairly priced and excellent excellent quality. In particular Carter has been amazing, he's been there every time there's a water emergency (they do happen!) with speed and reassurance. He always gives me options so I can make the best informed decision. Also Carter is just absolutely lovely, I hope my kids grow up to be excellent like him.

Absolutely great Plumbing service... I had a blocked kitchen drain, and I call the number that I found the on the Google and Jerad answed at 17:45 in the afternoon. He was great to talk to and understand the plumbing issues of mine...he booked me in for very much the next day. Great service!
