I was referred to Botanical by my previous plumber and I have been thrilled with the recommendation. Carter from Botanical Plumbing changed my hot water system, replaced kitchen taps and other rusting piping, and gave my home a plumbing health check. Carter is a lovely young man who I would happily, and will, use again for any future plumbing needs. He is reliable, punctual, efficient, tidy and honest. He showed and offered me many options and ranges for the products I chose and ensured I was happy with my choices. He took the time to ensure I understood everything that was done in the house and that I knew how to use the appliances. I can strongly recommend Carter and Botanical Plumbing for any plumbing needs and I will certainly be using them again. Thank you Carter.
