I've been using Botanical for over 3 years because they are amazing. Reliable, fast, so easy to communicate with, fairly priced and excellent excellent quality. In particular Carter has been amazing, he's been there every time there's a water emergency (they do happen!) with speed and reassurance. He always gives me options so I can make the best informed decision. Also Carter is just absolutely lovely, I hope my kids grow up to be excellent like him.
