Late in the day I found I had 2 slow draining toilets, hat nearly overflowed when I flushed, I was in desperate need for them to be seen to that day. I rang Botanicals and the phone didn't answer but within a couple of minutes they called me back , fantastic, and I was able to arrange for the work to be done that afternoon. It wasn't a huge problem but one that would have gotten worst overtime so was more than happy to let them proceed after they explained the procedure and what was necessary. Very professional, curteous and prompt.
