Jacob came to fix a couple of taps and replace a shower head, and despite my unit doing its best to confuse him (and me), he got it all sorted. Looks great, works great, and nothing leaks. Amazing.
Plus, he gave me a lift to the bowls club on the way out. Can’t fault a man who fixes the problem and contributes to my social life. Legend.
