Dean and Carter were fantastic, very timely and professional. Our old hot water system that broke, was previously in our garage and they changed the location of the new "pump" hot water system to outside under our stairs. Happy with the price considering this will save us money on our electricity bills and is better for the environment, and with the rebate not much more than a standard hot water system! thanks guys.

Great local business, super responsive and came within hours to look at our dead leaking hot water system. As it was a Friday, Jared gave us a temporary system free of charge to keep us going until Monday when they returned and installed a new tankless system and took away the old one free of charge. I'm not normally one to leave reviews, but Botanical definitely deserve it. My husband discovered a pinhole in a pipe under out house. After attempting to fix it, it didn't work, and we found ourselves without water. We called Botanical and spoke to Jared. He was super helpful, and within 40 minutes he had organised the other plumber, Dean, to come out and fix it. Dean was prompt, polite and very respectful. He called me halfway through the job to say that he had finished early as he had found a much quicker and cheaper way to replace the section. I was so thankful for his honesty, and we have running water again with 1.5 hours of the first phone call. I would, and will use them again, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Jared and Dean, you've made our day!

I am glad I found Jarred's company when we found our basement flooded due to possible water pipe burst after reaching home from work. Even though it was after hours, he reached withing 5 minutes, stopped the water, done the inspection, gave us quote and all in just in next 15 min. The next day, he came in and fixed the problem even before lunch time. It was professional, hassle free and amazingly quick service. Highly recommended!!!
