Great effort by Botanical Plumbing for doing a gas certificate at my place in Bray Park. Jared and his team, Andrew and Carter were all down to earth and honest guys. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

We were very happy with the service we received from Carter today, our blocked drain is now unblocked and the cost was very reasonable. Plus a check of all our internal plumbing fixtures at no additional cost, alerting us to a couple of issues we had been unaware of and providing a quote with various options for us to consider at our leisure. All in all a positive experience!

Excellent service. Got the $79 deal for a blocked drain. Completed and done in no time. Jarrod explained exactly what was happening and what needed to be done. Very happy with everything, will definitely be calling these guys again.

I had tried my best for days to clear a blocked drain in my kitchen sink before contacting Botanical. Jared arrived the next morning to assess the situation and the blockage was cleared shortly afterwards. I could not recommend them strongly enough. Communication was easy - my sink was their problem, and sorted straight away.

Have had really good experiences with Botanical. Good prompt service. They did a very complicated hot water system installation and they did an excellent job. Two years later we had a minor issue and they came and sorted it for free, even though in hindsight they had told me how to fix it on installation.

Great experience with Botanical Plumbing after getting recommendations from a local FB page. Jared was incredibly helpful & friendly during our telephone conversations and set up a booking within two days of my call. Andrew attended onsite and was friendly, on time and professional. He quickly found the issue, gave me a quote and description of the work, fixed it and cleaned up once he had finished. They will be the first company I call for any plumbing needs in the future!

Finding good trades is half the battle. I had a new leaking kitchen tap and was thinking of updating my bathroom tapware as well. Contacted Botanical Plumbing and they not only contacted me quickly but were able to come out that day. Andrew let me know prior to arrival when he was coming and was really up front and practical on best options moving forward. He did a great job with a few minor hick ups with faulty fixture and also found some other good maintenance tips that I have on my list for the future (which will save me in the long run). After an initial call to fix a leaky tap Andrew came for a consult and got more than he bargained for. He was very understanding and detailed in his explanations when I described the issues. In the end he re-established the isolation point for my apartment - which was no small task, installed isolators for my kitchen and serviced my hot water system. Now, the hot water system isn't constantly dripping, I have the ability to control any leaks and the initial tap in question has stopped leaking too. In summary Andrew is a Wizard!

Arriving home from holiday to find a spurting leak from piping in the ceiling, the sixth over several years. The Botanical Plumbing team responded the next morning. Late in the day I found I had 2 slow draining toilets, hat nearly overflowed when I flushed, I was in desperate need for them to be seen to that day. I rang Botanicals and the phone didn't answer but within a couple of minutes they called me back , fantastic, and I was able to arrange for the work to be done that afternoon. It wasn't a huge problem but one that would have gotten worst overtime so was more than happy to let them proceed after they explained the procedure and what was necessary. Called Jared today and he sent Carter same day to unblock our waste/sewer line. Carter arrived on time, was friendly, courteous and respectful. Carter was very thorough, diligent and provided the time to explain what was going on and next steps from start to finish. Carter did an excellent job taking care to ensure it was done properly and showed evidence via the camera of the work he has done. The price was fair and reasonable with no attempt to overcharge. I’d highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a great professional plumbing business with great people!
