I'm not normally one to leave reviews, but Botanical definitely deserve it. My husband discovered a pinhole in a pipe under out house. After attempting to fix it, it didn't work, and we found ourselves without water. We called Botanical and spoke to Jared. He was super helpful, and within 40 minutes he had organised the other plumber, Dean, to come out and fix it. Dean was prompt, polite and very respectful. He called me halfway through the job to say that he had finished early as he had found a much quicker and cheaper way to replace the section. I was so thankful for his honesty, and we have running water again with 1.5 hours of the first phone call. I would, and will use them again, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
